I was in Ft. Collins visiting family a couple of weeks ago and visited your store. I bought a couple of things for my 'kid'. One was a Ruffwear fetch toy and a marrow bone. I just wanted to let you know that those are his absolute favorites! He also got a pumpkin 'lollipop', but he hasn't tried it yet. I just loved your store and wanted to let you know! Hi, I got a K-9 Cooling Jacket from your store on Wed and promised in return to give you feedback. First off, thank you so much for the jacket! I am a little walking commercial for your store and have told a bunch of people about the jacket. I took my dogs, Bear and Quercus, out Wed after I got home from your store....wore the jacket and it did seem to really help; he had more energy and was running around more than he usually does when it is that hot out. The jacket remained cool to the touch throughout the time he had it on as did the part of his body that was in contact with the jacket. He acted like he really liked it, seemed happy and in good spirits. He had one of those dog smiles on his face, whereas I usually notice he gets stressed when it is hot. Ok, so I will take the dogs on a decent hike and give you a more thorough update and try to email some pics at that time. And again, Thank YOU, your store is great & the dogs really like it and you guys rock!
