Terms and Conditions

By making a purchase on our site you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Refund policy- Refunds will be given for unused, undamaged returns up to 15 days from date of purchase or delivery.  Receipt required for in store purchases. Online purchases may be returned to the store or exchanged at next delivery date. Returns that were delivered will be refunded as a store credit.

Privacy policy – We do not share customer information. Any information collected is used for contacting our customers regarding a transaction or marketing of promotions or events pertaining to Wagz.

Delivery policy – Deliveries are made on Fridays for all orders received by the previous Monday at noon. Any orders made after Monday will be delivered the same week only if product is in stock. Otherwise delivery will be made on the following Friday.  Delivery will be left at front door unless other arrangements are made.

Loyalty Reward program – If you are a loyalty member, you can earn credits with online purchases however, you can only use credits for in store purchases or purchases made over the phone. Purchases made online will not be credited with loyalty rewards.
